An entrepreneur who is anxious to start a business manufacturing a pasta server requires funds to finance the acquisition of equipment and working capital. A venture capital investor demands a cash budget for the first year of business as well as projected financial statements.
學習目標
To develop projected statements for stated assumptions and data. There is little room for judgement - all basic numbers are given. The student will have to understand the connections between production, sales expectations, marketing, and credit collection and how these variables affect cash flow.
