學習目標
The exercise has been designed to be used primarily in a Negotiations course, but could also be used in a Sports & Entertainment Marketing class. In addition to allowing students to experience multi-party and team-on-team bargaining, the exercise also provides students with an opportunity to engage in multi-period negotiations, as the negotiation exercise is comprised of three separate negotiations. Finally, this exercise can be used as a collective bargaining simulation, enabling students to experience the challenges of interest representation and to teach the fundamentals of collective bargaining, unionization, strikes, and lockouts.
