This case is a supplement to Damn Heels (A).
學習目標
This financial analysis case can be taught at the undergraduate level in an introductory managerial accounting course. The (B) case summarizes Damn Heel's early success and the various opportunities facing the owner. This case tests students' ability to apply differential (relevant costs) analysis as a useful tool for decision making. Students are expected to perform the following: <ul><li>Identify costs relevant to the decision and categorize them as cash, different and recurring, or cash, different and investment. </li><li>Calculate the return on investment and payback period for each decision. </li><li>Construct a projected income statement based on the student's decisions.</li></ul>
