Ltd. had just been informed that the head office had received several complaints from customers concerning product quality and late deliveries. He had two weeks to determine the cause of these problems and decide what to do.

In response to dismissal of a newly hired administrative assistant, all 10 of this company's executive assistants have vacated their posts and demanded that the plant's manager reverse the young woman's discharge.
