Kathy Giusti never had any desire to be an entrepreneur, especially not one in the nonprofit sector. She was on the fast track at a huge corporation-and loving it. Then at, the age of 37, she learned she had a deadly form of blood cancer. That life-altering news would put her on a new path: galvanizing efforts to find a cure. In the process, she would found two nonprofits, building unprecedented discipline into their mode of operation.
