Citizen-Centred Design: Placing Citizens at the Centre of Policy-Making

內容大綱
Governments around the world are under unprecedented pressure to identify more cost-effective ways to deliver their services and produce better societal outcomes. As a result, they have begun to embrace approaches to innovation favoured by the private sector, including Design Thinking. With its customer-centric approach, Design Thinking encourages what the authors call 'citizen-centred design'. They provide a tool kit for policy makers and implementers alike that aims to tackle everything from tactical issues (i.e. getting a repeat prescription) to wider problems, such as supporting people in managing their health.
