信義房屋:從社區一家到全民社造
本個案描述信義房屋至今(2019年)已維持15多年的慈善活動—社區一家。這個計畫從2004年開始,從原先贊助主體放在當地社區居民為主的社區營造,鼓勵居民多走出家門外,打破陌生與誤解,攜手共同經營共生的家園,重拾對自己居住環境的關愛、建立互信,深植歸屬感,到後期強調全民社造,進一步打破社區鄰里的概念,讓全民都可以不分區域的參與社會改造,期望能集眾人之力,發覺並改善社會最根本的需求與問題。一路走來,從面對外界對其炒地皮的質疑,到後期得到許多永續企業的獎項,信義房屋還是不斷地在反思社區一家的價值到底在哪裡?
