Johnson was aware of the severity of sexual harassment and the significant harm it could have on all VCayr members and the overall organization. He had to decide how to manage the situation.

This case leverages the power of the graphic novel and is based on a real story to magnify SH-related challenges in all organizations, particularly the ones with weak HR systems (e.g., startups, SMEs, or NGOs). It illustrates how sexual predators, with varying roles and ranks, leverage technology to exploit weak systems that lack clear hierarchies and (e-)policies to get away with increasingly severe harassment behaviours. After working through the case and assignment questions, students will be able to:<ul><li>Define what sexual harassment (SH) is.</li><li>Understand the extreme complexities associated with SH in organizations.</li><li>Understand the importance of power in SH.</li><li>Understand the role of digital technology as both a facilitator and an inhibitor of SH.</li><li>Develop an organizational SH prevention framework.</li></ul>
