Led by its chief executive officer, Dharmendra Singh, the company had made phenomenal growth since its inception. When MergerWare was approached by a US-based pharma company to help finalize an M&A deal, Singh thought about how MergerWare could help the pharma client with deal simplification, value creation, and tapping into the market, leveraging alternative growth strategies while positioning the differentiated offerings to compete with rivals.
