內容大綱

學習目標
To assess environmental (market) influences on an organization and to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs designed to meet those challenges. This case is a classic example of the concept of team goal-setting, interpreting the organization's overall objectives into goals that each subunit can support, and which will ultimately lead to the success of corporate aims. Overriding all, this case challenges decision-makers to address the management of change, change which may cause the organization to down-size.
