解散是負責任的經營決策？--復興航空的決定
本個案旨在探討一家台灣有65年歷史的在地航空公司，因諸多因素導致經營不善、持續虧損，企業想方設法不見改善，後來決議選擇企業解散，並無預警宣布次日停飛，但這樣的決定，讓航空公司相關的利害關係人受到衝擊，經本個案省思當公司經營不善時，如何回應才算是符合企業社會責任的期待。
