當賣菜的打贏開銀行的_全聯「微銀行」生態系
本研究個案全聯「全支付」已經踏上與各國際知名零售商跨足金融服務經營之路,並為零售商在非核心業務中實現多角化經營提供了相當廣泛的學習與啟發。國際知名電商平台,如: Apple、Google、Alibaba、Amazon等早在2014-2018年期間即陸續成立自有平台支付錢包,並直接置入在產品銷售與客戶購物的結帳畫面,方便提供線上支付。傳統金融結帳服務因此被降級作為電商平台的後台。這些知名電商的資訊技術及其在金融科技的多角化經營形成一股龐大影響傳統金融業的顛覆性力量。同時也為其他零售通路提供新的機會試圖進入金融業。例如,英國大型超市TESCO連鎖大賣場以自有品牌為客戶提供金融服務。本個案藉由台灣最大零售通路轉進金融科技,以微銀行之姿,創造新生態系角度探討。
