When many leaders talk about reskilling programs, they emphasize individual career progression and the acquisition of skills that benefit company strategy. But an experiment at Vodafone showed that a more direct message focused on career relevancy increased employees’ participation in a reskilling program. Proven Tactics for Improving Teams' Psychological Safety
The authors' earlier research found that an employee's psychological safety and relationship with their manager are key drivers for them to feel able to bring up ethical concerns.
