Thirty years after its establishment, New Deantronics (ND) set up ForMED Ventures in 2015 for the purpose of investing in innovative medical devices to deliver value to patients, doctors, healthcare professionals, healthcare systems, and societies for better healthcare. Aiming at becoming a world-class developer of medical devices, ForMED invested in 12 projects, 6 in Israel and 6 in the US, in 2020.
