美河市聯開案公私權益分配之爭議
美河市開發案為台北市政府與日勝生集團在新北市新店區小碧潭捷運站的住宅與購物商場捷運機廠共構的開發案。此案爭議起源於捷運施工之前捷運局向私地主辦理徵收，後由台北市政府扮演公地主與主管機關的角色與投資商日勝生共同開發，在這二十多年過程中產生的聯合開發權益分配與估價問題，而這麼長的開發期使得這些爭議更為複雜。此聯合開發案涉及土地徵收公平性與公私利益分配，以及企業倫理與政府廉政等議題，是個是具有代表性的公私聯合開發的案例，值得了解與討論。
